Hey There Everybody-
Well, Today is the day. It’s a start of a new season for me. New website. New project.
New.
(insert BIG DEEP SIGH)
I have officially entered a season of life that is largely unknown and I am so keenly aware of my desperate dependence on my King for EVERYTHING these days. For a girl that’s had her entire life planned out a whole year in advance for the last three years, this is a bit…different. I know, I know…”In his heart man plans his ways, but the Lord orders his steps”… but I’m just saying. Metaphorically speaking, I have stepped out of the boat. The boat I’m referring to is one of comfort, perceived safety, and predictability, where fear has kept me anchored for far too long. I’ve stepped out of the boat in order to walk closely with my Creator in uncharted territory, on potentially choppy water and trust Him for His will and plan to be done in my life, for HIS purposes and glory.
Recently this step-out of faith has come in the form of my first solo EP and it’s proving to be an exciting journey! The Lord has graciously opened the doors for me to do this project and my single desire it that it will serve as a reminder to you who hear it that NO MATTER WHAT, GOD, whose eternal Kingdom can never be shaken, has made His fierce, extravagant love available to you and it’s yours for the receiving!! I pray that it will encourage and inspire you to fix your eyes on Jesus with an unwavering stare when circumstances in life start vying for your utmost attention.
